HI,
I have my wife and kid with me inside Canada They are french citizens i wanna apply PR for them i should apply as my as main applicant and add my kid as dependent on the application or
i have to to apply 2 applications for each one of them ????

hey mukeshdeva nope you don't need to apply from them Differently they can all go on the same form just make sure you add them to the dependent form,and copiers of there passports picture page with there french birth cirtificates

You being a Canadian national should apply for Spousal Sponsorship Application for your wife and add your kid as a dependent in the application.

Subsequently for your kid, you should apply for Proof of Citizenship Certificate. As soon as you receive the certificate, you may proceed applying for his/ her Canadian passport

The OP did not say if they were a Canadian citizen.

OP: If you are a PR or citizen, then you can apply to sponsor your spouse, and include your child as a dependent.
