My son who is a Canadian citizen has married a woman from Japan and he has returned to Canada and she is still in Japan pending their application approval for her to join him once this has been approved. She has her portion of the application package and he has his. There is a question on her application that she is unable to answer. It is - which Visa office will be processing the application? Can you suggest how she is to correctly answer this as we know that no question can be left blank?

1. "When all else fails, read the instructions"
2. Your son submits his sponsorship and her application with the Police Certificates, proofs of relationship, and medical receipt to Mississauga with the fees, who will either refuse/approve the sponsorship.
3. The processing office for Japan is Tokyo, so Mississauga will then send the application to Tokyo.
