My American husband and I are applying for our family class sponsorship but are stumped on how to answer the question of whether we are living together. It is difficult to find the definition of living together within this immigration context. We are married and we have been doing our best to start our lives in Vancouver. I am a Canadian citizen and he flies in and out of the States to attend to his business, but i guess can you say we do 'live' together in Vancouver now.
Im just finding it contradicting that we are applying for the family class, which indicates you are applying out of the country but then we are in a way "living" together in Vancouver. Any recommendations on how to answer this? Does this technically mean we are NOT living together?
Thank you in advance for any advice.
