Family class PR - spouse

Hi ...

I am in Canada. I am planning to apply for my wife under family class.

I have employment letter indicating " part time cashier - permanent " job. I have last 2 years of tax papers as well. Is this enough to proceed or should I wait for the full time job offer?

Given the part-time status of your employment there may be some concerns about how you will support yourselves. You can file but I would also encourage you to find a full-time job or a 2nd job.
