Family application returned on photo specs

Hi there,
We received family application back as my photo was blurry date at the back. I will resubmit, my questions are;
1- should I refill form? or just resend with new photos attached?
2- other members' applications are ok asper note attached to them, should I fill form for them or just send as they returned?

I would only do what's need done.

If your application is returned only because of photo then you just send new photos with your same application, no need to refill the form for you and other members.
