Family and sister in Canada as PR holders. Can I apply for PR under family sponsorship as other relative? Since I am left alone here in India.

My parents will soon be joining my younger sister as their PR got approved lately. My sister is a PR holder and living in Canada since past 7 years. I will be left alone here in India and I wish to be with my family. I am an HR professional with 15 years of work ex in Real Estate industry. Is there any program under family sponsorship as “other relative” to apply for PR ?

You are not eligible to apply as "other relative". Btw, if you are single, ask your sister to introduce someone to you... might be possible.

No. The only program is for Canadians/PR who have no parents/spouse/children. Immigrate on your own merits, study in Canada.

Your best option at this point given your age is to come to Canada on a study permit to complete a Master's program in Canada. In parallel, you should learn French. This will not guarantee PR but will give you the best shot at qualifying through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.

As others have said, being sponsored by your family members is not possible.
