Dear,
I applied for sponsorship visa for my spouse two months ago.We are living outside of Canada. I sent all our docs to Nova Scotia (Case Processing Centre-Sydney, P.O. Box 9500, Sydney, Nova Scotia, B1P 0H5).
I have not received any comment that they receive my package or not? Is this address correct or not?
What is the centralized Intake office email address to ask them?

Its taking anywhere from 6-12 weeks to receive any acknowledgement. You will need to be patient during this process. You cannot email but can call and see if they have it their system or if it has been returned. Also suggest reviewing your months thread here to see timelines

You can call 1 613 944 4000 from outside Canada, and then follow the options to be transferred. You can also use Google Hangouts to call this number. I use google hangouts and it's free... It could take up to three months before you receive AOR, maybe you should wait another month. Be also reminded that your application may have been returned due to mistakes or missing documents in the application.

I also think you've sent it to the wrong address, was it courier (DHL, FED EX, UPS)? this should be the right address if it was:
