I need your help, anyone here have a sample response to a FAIRNESS LETTER ( medical inadmissibility) . Please help me. I am very worried now, I dont know how, where will start. Thank you.

I doubt you will find a sample response to a medical inadmissibilty fairness letter because they are very specific to each person and their circumstances.

You need to show that the cost to treat the person's medical issues will not exceed the Excessive Demand Threshold. If you aren't confident in doing the research and writing the letter yourself, I suggest you hire a lawyer with experience in medical inadmissibility.

Search the forum. You will find some examples in historical threads. You won't find any here since most of the applications here are for spousal sponsorship and spouses are exempt.
