Failed to mail additional documents after 60days of confirmation

Hi there,

I just noticed in my junkmail box that I've received the confirmation of approval for cec imm on Mar01, 2012. And today is June21. The 60days reply time frame has already gone. I know in the confirmation email that they cannot extend this 60days limit. However, I just want to check with you guys that if anyone has experienced situation like this and what was it like.

p.s. I've just sent to Los Angeles imm office an email to ask for extension.

Hi,

Instead of waiting a reply from the visa office about ur extention, you should immediately dispatch the required document to the office. It has been observed in the past couple of members on the forum missed the deadline of Passport submission, and they submitted the passports after the dealine missed. Even such cases were considered by the visa office.
