Failed courses during the last semester

Hi everyone, I’m in a very tricky situation. I completed my final exams in August and just got my transcripts last week. I failed 2 courses and not eligible for PGWP anymore as I didn’t graduate. My study permit expired in August as well. Do I have to leave the country and apply for a new study permit? My university allowed me to take those courses online from January to April but i’m not sure if that will impact my PGWP application.

When did you finish in August? What have you been doing all this time?

Usually you know you failed within a week if you check your online status. If you are out of status, you cannot study until application is approved once you restore statuse and extend study permit. You can take online but outside Canada. Courses online don’t count towards PGWP and towards Canadian education if you don’t have a study permit.
