facing problem regarding gap occured in my study in canada brampton

Hi Admin . my issue is that>>> right now i am in brampton on study visa , i came canada {alberta} in 3rd janury this year. and i did 1 smester in PARAMADICS in medical hat college ALBERTA . in the month of may i came here in brampton . and since m here i m not going to college . so is there any problm in future coz now i hav approximately 8 months gap in my study . if i continue my study in jan 2012. will i face any problm regarding to extend study visa, to get work permit or to apply PR in the future because of this study gap . one thing more ., i was in nursing profession in india but now m taking ART FUNDAMENTAL PROGRAM of 1 year. please reply if any one have knowledge.

1. Unfortunately, it’s because of peoples like you we have so much stringent visa processing for students which left even genuine one in high and dry situation.

2. Since you have left no efforts in breaching the visa conditions, you are likely to face problem at the time of extension of your study permit. By rules, you need to apply for renewal minimum 30 days before your current study permit ends at ‘Case Processing Center, Vegreville, Alberta’. There is absolutely NO GUARANTEE that your application for renewal will be accepted. They shall take everything into consideration.

+1. Apart from this there is a maximum time frame to finish a program which you might have crossed by now I suppose so considering everything there is no doubt that you might be in a problem. Also what was the reason for the gap? A job or something?

whn i moved to brampton ,,i had offer lettr of SOCIAL SERVICE WORKER GERNOTOLOGY 2 YEARS programm for sep 2011 session in SHERIDAN COLLEGE ,,but unfortunately due to the misunderstanding of the date to pay the college fees . i culdnt pay the fees before the due date ,, i went to college and requested alot but they said my ofer leter has been expired. so after some few days .. i got some personal problems , so i decided to go back in august 2012 . untill that date. i decided to work on cash. but now some of my problm has solved so just thinking again to get admission for jan session.. but i m not getting admissin in health proffesion , and one thing more , i want 1 year program,. but i just geting admission in ART FUNDAMENTAL programm . just for be a genuine or legal student in canada. so i hav lots of questions in my mind.. will immigration ask me in the future..that>>>>>ur profession was health and u took ART ? why u made a gap of 8 month in your study ? why u moved to brampton from ALBERTA..???

plz guide me wht shuld i do right now to make a genuine way to get PR.
