Hello everybody Please help..what is facilitation visa for minor child of Canadian parents born outside Canada(India)? and which application form do we use? My friend is Canadian and his wife got sponsorship visa last month. they have 4 years old daughter. they applied for Canadian citizenship certificate which gonna take 6-12 months. CIC Delhi told them to get Indian passport for the child and they gonna give Facilitation visa.
