I have F1 student visa for USA i have left my study in between because of personal reason, then i have cancel my F1 visa now i want to apply as a Canada visitor visa..

Being a student in USA and having not finish your education, and then applying for Canada visitor and that too alone, chances are very low.

See Canada doesn't have strict deportation laws such as USA so they issue visitors after much screening and care.

Would suggest you to finish your studies.

Then you'd have to get the sponsor letter from them, and create a travel itinery for all the dates you are going to stay there, and if your daughter and son are canadian citizens or PR's, they can apply for super visa for you. Also, I'd suggest you to block your return ticket and add that into your file as well. Make sure you write SOP saying the purpose of your visit.
