Extra Passport

So I am getting to the interview stage of my app (after almost 2 yrs) and I got asked to submit scans for all passport. I have an extra passport which is given to children of citizens of X country, so I am not a resident or citizen of this country (only one of my parents is). I've only used this passport once since it only works to enter that specific country. This passport only has a stamp from that country when I entered. All other stamps (e.g. US transit stamp to go to this country and Canadian re-entry stamp) are in the passport I normally use. So, in my application, I only mentioned the passport I normally use as you can figure out the travel history based on that. However, I realize that perhaps I should have also included it.

My question is: Now that they are asking for all scanned passports, should I include it at this stage? I feel including it even though it's not in my application form might void my form? I also don't really know how relevant it is since you can figure out my travel history without it. Also, note that when I do any paperwork (including for PR), I never include this passport and it has always been OK. Thoughts? I wouldn't mind including it, but after waiting 2 years for this to wrap up, I would find it ridiculous to get rejected because of this and it might not even be a problem unless I mention it/provide it to them at this stage.

The deadline to submit this is in ~15 days and my interview is a few days later. I figured I could have just done the interview and only mention it if it was brought up, but by then I would have missed the deadline to upload it. I am not sure if they would be willing to open a document upload again after that.
