Extra Explaination / Additional document

Hi there,

I'm completing my express entry online...

I have answered all the questions and it has generated a document checklist.

However, the option for uploading an extra document is missing?
I saw the section for it last week.

does it appear after you've uploaded all your personal documents?

I also have no section for my IELTs results even though it asked me for the certificate number and my scores?

Any advice appreciated.

I think this option being missing is a system glitch and you should email CIC, and send them a screen shot.

There is no section dedicated to IELTS results, most people just upload it in the education section with their other documents.

Not sure about the Extra Document section being missing. But for IELTS, seems like CIC doesn't have any problem pulling your results using your Ref. No. I have seen CIC had been asking a lot of CELPIP people to upload their documents later because they seem to have troubles fetching CELPIP. So you should be good.

I had only put in my IELTS Ref No and grades and haven't been requested any additional documents.
