my wife apply for PR and bridging open permit on nov 2019 in live in caregiver in somewhere 2019 she stop working but her 2 year was completed and till now she is not working and still waiting for open permit her visa got expired on 1 april 2021 so before that we find a new employer by giving interview and apply for extension on behave of new employer but it still on advertisement. so the situation is that our consultant apply my wife extension by writing that employer apply for an lima but its still on advertisement phase now immigration reply to them asked fro lima which we dont have our consultant send miss leading information without even let us know what we can do aoubt that please help thank you in advance
This is confusing did her BOWP expire or her original closed work permit? It sounds as though you never got a response about the BOWP if you are applying for another closed WP. The fact that she applied for a closed WP without having a valid WP is a problem. What happened to the BOWP?
she did not get her BOWP work permit till now we are still waiting we send them a web form and all they said they are doing the background check and still in process but didnot mention about BOWP. she had a valid work permit till 1 april 2021 we applied for an extension on march 27 now immigration ask to submit lima but we do not have they still doing the advertisement new employer
You really need to find out what is going on with the BOWP and if it was ever filed.
If she applied for the closed WP without a valid LMIA she didn't qualify for a closed WP and you should expect that the closed WP will be denied and she will end up out of status and will need to apply to restore her status. When he employer has the approved LMIA she can apply for the WP.

one more question I need to ask our consultant mention by mistake that they applied for lima is this consider as a misrepresentation do we need to send them any correction letter that by mistake we gave wrong information. and immigration asking to submit lmia should we reply them and apologizing for our honest mistake.

You really should change consultants or apply yourself. LMIA must be filed by the employer so I'm not sure how your consultant accidentally filed for an LMIA.
He applied for my wife extension and there he mention about employer applied for lmia so on behalf of this give extension Till lmia approved sorry for bad explanation And i am going to do by my self from now on thank you so much for your help do i need to send reply to cic
