extention of study permit

actually i came canada on 24 dec 2011 under spp in macewan .i was got a offer letter of usi program which means i have to clear some admission criteria in order to get admission .It was clearly eritten in offer letter that after meeting requirements my inention is to take admission in psychiatric nursing.I took 3 months to complete the requirements like math 20 and 30 ,english speaking test.Afte completing requirements i ask the international advisor for admission but she told that the seats are filled for fall .Now u have to wait till next sep means 2013 fall.So i went to college lawyer for help.She advise me to join bach of arts for 1 year. and take full time courses for sep 2012 and jan 2013.She also suggested me that on oct 1 2012, i should submit application for psychiatric nursing again but now for fall 2013.and when i will get admission in nursing i can transfer my credit from arts to nursing .
I did the same as she told but now some body told me that u are a nurse from india and u camed here under usi for psychiatric nursing.but now u are doing arts for 1 year means completely changing ur proffession .So when u will apply for extention immigration officer might can refuse ur file .now i am worried whwt to do.My visa is expiring in dec 2012 and i cant apply for any other nursing course because its too late for sep and jan intake.


is this really true that sp will be refused if i remain at same place with arts for one year or it does,nt matter

As I replied you previously, you will not have problem until you are a full time student and your course has not finished yet. On this forum, students having gaps in their studies in Canada, have managed to get their SP. Your case is far better then them. Relax, file your case before the expiry of your present SP and you will get extension. Make sure you send complete documents etc.

hi to all
please i want to know a lot about work permit.Actually I want to start from the begining .Its not regarding me .I am already in canada with study permit .I want my boyfriend to come here but did not getting the way.His base is very week .He had only qualified till his senior secondary and that too with 45%.He is also not financially good.
please answers these if u can
Is their any way through work permit that he can come here.
If anyone give him LMO in HOTEL for housekeeping .Is it possible to get work visa with that if he show 3 year housekeeping experience from india after+2
If i marry him then there is any solution or not .If yes then what?
