extention of stay

hi,,, everyone, is it true that the 21 days of visa free extended up to 30 days now. my fiance and i were planning to get married by december but the 21 days is not enough for us to prepare everything. is it possible for him to extend his stay after 21 days to 5 days more. thanks... really need help..

Sorry - it's not clear what you mean by "free visa". Can you provide a link on the CIC web site to explain what you are asking about?
