I need your advice. I have a multi-visa for 8 years. I can stay in the country for 6 months. I applied for extension my visitor status on July 16. My application is still in process, they wrote me to my email.I got married on September 8 th and my husband want to aplly for sponsorship and open work permit for me and PR.
But my visitor status expired on September 12th,
and my status is now implied. Is it possible for us to apply for sponsorship in this situation?
