Extension Stay Visitor Visa IMM5257, Question 8 Previous Travel

I am about to extend my stay as a visitor!
I have to fill out the IMM5257 Form and Question 8.
Since the age of 18 or during the past 5 years, whichever is most recent, have you travelled to any country other than the country of your Citizenship or your current country of residence?

What should I answer?
I am in Canada with a tourist visitor visa ---- is Canada then my current country of residence?
I am since 5 years in Canada with different work visa and visitor visas and extensions of visitor visas. Should I give them all the information about that? Is that travel as well?
And I was 2 weeks in Mexico I should list this of right!

You have to read carefully the question, all the information needed is there.

Your country of residence is the country where you reside (live).

The question is clear:
"have you travelled to any country other than the country of your Citizenship or your current country of residence?"

So trips in Canada or in your home country SHOULD NOT BE REPORTED.

And I was 2 weeks in Mexico I should list this of right!

If Mexico is not your country of residence or your home country then yes.
