Extension on file/doc update deadline after submit job validation.

Hi, i just found job that are willing to sponsor me with job validation.

and my deadline is nov/4 2015 and i need 3-4 more weeks to complete my files.

is it possible for me to extend the deadline if i send a letter to address that are provide on the letter?
