I would like to ask, because recently i submitted my TRV extension of stay application, I inputed 6 months on the application form (how long im gonna stay) but the thing is my visa validity is up to july only, the request of extension i've ask is up to until november 2016.
I know it's CIC's decision or it's their discretion how long is the extension if approved.
My question is, that possible? application of extension of my duration of stay are longer even if the validity of my tourist visa is about to expire.
arrived Nov2015 - Granted 6 months duration of stay.
Applied for extension for up to Nov2016
Visa validity will expire on Jul2016
