Hi! I am trying to fill the forms to extend my stay in Canada while I am waiting for my PR, but I have a few questions/clarifications, if anyone can help me:
1. I have UCI for my PR, but should I write the one that I got with my TRV? Is UCI on my TRV the lart, 8 digit number on it (under C.REC. headline)?
2. Question "current country of residence" what is the date I should write, FROM the day I entered Canada, TO the last day I am allowed to stay in Canada, or something else?
3. Under "Coming into Canada" what is "original entry to Canada"? I came to Canada in September 2013, stayed 2 weeks, then I came in July 2014 again, so should I put September 2013 or July 2014?
4. Under "Details of visit to Canada", question "Indicate how long you plan to stay" is FROM the date when my original stay "expires" (January 2015), or some other date?
5. If I print out an additional page with employment description, to add more employments, can I still validate the original document, and then just attach the additional page with it (I will apply via mail)?
6. We will use my husbands bank statement as proof of support, and it's not a shared account. Should we have additional letter of support from him for me, and should that be notarized?
