HI, i'm a live-in caregiver and i have a 2-year contract. The said contract will end on July, and my employer wants to extend my stay with for another year. Do we need to sign another contract as we did before? Will my employer need to apply for another LMO? My work permit will expire after 39 months from the time i entered canada. please respone...

If your WP for your current employer is still valid, then you probably don't have to apply for a new WP but you may need to sign a new contract reflecting the extension.
