Extending Work Permit - Bridging Open Work Permit

Hi,

I am tryng to apply bridging open work permit and trying to fill IMM05710e. Have a question about no :3.

I am not quite sure which one should I select for ''I am applying for one or more of the following question''

1) Apply for a work permit with the same employer

2) Restore my status as a worker

I have an open work permit and I am working in Canada now. Should I select 1st one or second one?

The other options are:

*Apply for work permit for the first time or with a new employer

* Get a new temporary resident permit

For the new employer choice, this is not my first time and I do not have a new employer.

I have OWP because my wife is studying in Canada and I have a dependent owp.

Should I still select that option?
