Extending work permit 5708 help.

Hello there,

My girlfriend is currently here on a 2 year work Visa from Australia and is looking to extend it. We have all the proper documentation on hand, but when it comes to uploading the application it seems that it will not allow her to upload the 5708.pdf. it asks and will only allow her to upload the IMM 1295 form. Is this due to her answers in the questionnaire? This is quite urgent and some insight would go a long ways.

You'll need to provide more details about what kind of work permit she is on now and how she has answered the questions.

I'll have to get back to you about the answers on the questionnaire, but she's currently here on a open work permit.
