Hi everybody,

I have a question regarding to extend my visitor visa.
I came to Canada in June 2014 to visit my boyfriend who is already PR. I got my visitor status valid for 6 months (I got stamp in the passport at the border). Although we would like to apply for family sponsorship as a common-law partners and we need 12 months of living together to do so.
I was thinking to extend my visitor visa and state the reason I want to explore our relationship with my bf...

The thing is that I have some history in Canada. I was here before, for Working Holiday visa in 2012-2013. Before my WH expired my consultant sent application for work and study permit which was refused. However he notified me about refusing after 2 months he got the letter from CIC. After that I left Canada and tried to apply for work permit from my home country and I got refused because I admitted in my application that I overstayed for 10 weeks in a past (they didn't believe I would leave Canada in time I am suppose to and they made this decision upon my previous history in Canada).

Therefore I'm pretty sceptic I would be issued visitor extention after three refusals of temporary permits.
Any opinions, similar experience, advices....?

Thanks in advance!
