Hey all,

So I need to get my study visa extended / renewed. I acquired it through an immigration law firm that acted on my behalf.

However on the CIC website, I'm seeing a login option, etc...is that something they need to provide me with in order to do this myself? Or is there another way that I'm missing? OR, have I screwed up by using a third-party and that now means they have to do it for me again? (thus me having to pay them again..).

Thank you in advance; I'm a little lost right now!

The whole process is designed so that individuals can do it themselves. If someone else did it for you before then you have no idea what to do now so maybe you'll need to hire someone again

Oh exactly, it seems like a straightforward system, just not in this case (unless I'm being blind, which is possible..)

I believe it is a simple process of getting the login details from the immigration law firm. If you've paid them for their services (which I presume you already did) I see no reason they shouldn't release that information. Maybe contact them via email, asking them for it?
