I am a New SCLPC applicant and trying to complete a permanent residence application and an open work permit applications together. Below is the section I took from CIC “who can be issued an open work permit”.
Can anyone tell me what the last two bullets mean? Is this the information I should put in my application form? Which form should have this information? Form IMM 5710 does not have space to fill this information. Or these two bullets are just For Information only? Thanks in advance for any valuable answers.

“Qualifying foreign nationals who have submitted an application for permanent residence under the spouse or common-law partner in Canada (SCLPC) class.
• Officers will issue open work permits to SCLPC applicants if they meet the following requirements:
• Case processing centres will ensure that the requirements are met and conduct a systems check to identify any adverse information on either the sponsor or the applicant that would render the applicant ineligible to receive an open work permit. If there is information that an applicant is inadmissible, their application for an open work permit will be refused.
• Validity: These work permits will be valid for two years or until the date the SCLPC applicant's passport expires, whichever is earliest.
• Additional Global Case Management System (GCMS) coding: use Special Program Code “SPO” (sponsored spouse or partner) and standard note “Pending FC APR” (to be entered in Remarks so it appears on the physical document).
• In combination with LMIA exemption code A70 and NOC code 9999, this additional coding will allow CIC to capture and report on data specific to the issuance of open work permits to SCLPC applicants.”

those bullets have nothing to do with filling out the application. it looks like it is just explaining the class of OWP that will be issued. once issued, you will most likely see those codes written on the OWP.
