Extending mom stay.

Does anybody know how many hours can I stay in USA to re enter Canada.

There is no such rule, you can reenter but IMO, apply for visa ext from inside canada

Thanks for your advice, we did go to Buffalo and had no problem with my moms permit. They didn't stamp passport at all. I was kind of scared, now we'll apply for an extension and hopefully we'll get it. She had one extension already, I hope she gets a second one.

You do realize that if there was no stamp, the visa wasn't extended. It still expires as per her previous date

Totally right user 828 . I will apply for an extension. I do know she has to undergo medical exams because it's been more than a year since her last ones were done. What about medical insurance? Do we need to get her a medical insurance for an extension?

They will tell you if she needs medical exam, buying insurance is totally upto you
