Hi guys, Im in Canada right now and my Visitor Stamp in my passport will expire in March 6 2015 (6 months from the day I entered Canada) but my multiple visitor's permit is still valid until 2016. I'm planning to extend my stay here beyond March 6, 2015. I just want to ask you guys if there's anyone who knows the complete requirements and tips that will help me with my application? I know the requirements are in the CIC website. But we all know, that there are some helpful additional requirements such as SOP etc that should be included in visa applications that are really not specified in the CIC website. Im planning to apply online. ::) Thank you in advance for those who will reply!

To extend your stay as a visitor you need to show them you can support yourself during your stay here, sending them proofs such as bank statements, or like I did the first time I applied, a screenshot of your funds available in your credit card/prepaid card if you have one.
If your parents are paying your expenses while in Canada you need to specify that in the file, show their bank statements and just to be sure have them to write a letter of explanation.
Another thing, since you gotta prove that your intention is still to stay here "temporarily" you gotta give them details about your plans on going back, for example if you have a specific date or a return ticket.
That's pretty much it!
