Extend Work Visa Supporting Documents

Hi, I have just started looking into extending my Young Professional work visa (directly connected to my current employer, LMIA excepted). When I come to the final page that shows my document checklist it says I'll require an Invitation letter. Is this something my employer can write for me? I figured it must be something different than an offer of employment since that is a different document asked for.
It also asks for "Proof that you meet the requirements of the job being offered". When I click on the question mark for that one it says "If your intended occupation in Canada is regulated, provide evidence that the responsible provincial or professional body has granted you the required license or certification". This one confuses me the most. I do not hold a certification in the field I am working in right now and I did not have to proof anything like that when I initially applied for my work visa. Is it enough to just upload a letter of employment here or a document that can proof my employment history? How do I know which occupations are regulated in Canada?

You can't extend a Young Professional permit. If you want to apply for another work permit, your employer needs an LMIA.

You were already advised you cannot extend that permit, and the LMIA. You should be focusing on that process with your employer
