Extend Work Permit.......

I applied for Provincial Nominee and already got file number, I add my spouse name in this running application and its already 18 months now and my Work Permit will expire on June this year. So just little confuse should I extend my work permit now or wait for next month as well. Any suggestion will appreciated.
