I am applying Ontario PNP as an International student with JOB offer
Very thing goes well: UCI, file number and i have already paid landing fee in Aug.
My work permit will expired next month, so i have applied BOWP month ago. But i have received an email yesterday from case processing centre said:You have failed to meet the eligibility requirements for a bridging open Work Permit because your Provincial Nominee Certificate restricts your employment.
I do have this restriction in my nomination certificate letter: Yes, restricted to the Ontario employer - xxxxxx inc.
So, my question is:
1. Which type of work permit should i apply? BOWP? LMIA-Exempt Close Work Permit （i think it is for skilled word with job offer, am i right)?
2. what should i do next?
