Extend Work Permit - do I need a new Common Law Stat. Dec. or use the same one?

Hi all,

I have been on a work permit for one year and I am applying to extend it. When I applied last year I submitted a statutory declaration of common-law union. When I apply to extend my work permit, do I need to get a new statutory declaration and get it notarized again? Or can I submit the same one from last year?
