my mother is in canada. her visa will expire in april 2017. can someone send me the link where i can get instructions how to apply for visitor visa 2yrs extension with super visa requirements.

It would depend on your mom's situation. Also, this is not a super visa. She's applying to extend her visitor status

which insurance company is best for visitor.

Manulife is very good, they take no time to process claims. Check with your local hospital that which insurance company they can direct bill if your parents ever have to go to hospital.
