Hi All,

I'm helping my brother extend his visitor status here in Canada for another 12 months while him and my parents wait for the new parent/grandparent immigration process which they were accepted into (the 5000 cap) this year.

The forms changed a bit this year, and the checklist now requires a UPFRONT medical exam, whereas in the past, he would just be requested to do this after the extension came through.

Am I understanding this correct? or can we still submit without the medical upfrnt?
