Extend PGWP question

Hi,

I am currently international undergraduate student in Ontario.
I will be graduating next term (June 2017) and planning to apply for PGWP.
However, my passport expires on October 31st/ 2017 and that means immigration officer will issue the PGWP until October 31st/ 2017.
I can extend my passport one more time when I visit my home country on October.

Now, here are the questions:
1. Is it possible to apply for continuation of PGWP visa after I extend my passport on October?

2. If I visit my home country on October (I will have 3 months of work experience - from June to October), is that mean 1 year work experience that required to apply for CEC starts from day 1 again once I extend PGWP? (Or continue from 3 months of work experience?)

Please help.

1 - Yes you can, did it myself.

2 - No, work experience does not need to be continuous under CEC - your 3 months of work experience will still count.

Can I know how did you extend your PGWP?
What I am trying to do is I will extend PGWP in the airport when I coming back from my home country after extend passport.

I actually extended it about 3 years ago so I don't remember how I did it.
