If anyone has come across the scenario, please respond to this thread. I have been trying to submit my expression of interest for Human capital stream but unable to do as it asks for notification of interest date received from IRCC. How should I submit expression of interest? Please guide me.

You need to set up an Express Entry profile and then wait to receive the NOI. Please research the program in more detail to understand how it works.
