I am new here and I would appreciate if someone can guide regarding creating express entry profile. I am working as AP-Supervisor here in Jeddah KSA for 5yrs and wants to try my luck my Canada.
My clarifications are:
-Do I need to have an ECA result first before creating a profile?
-what are the docs needed to process in Manila? Is there any agency who can process it immediately?
-I am taking an IELTS exam here by January 2017, does it requires minimum score in each test?
