You are not going to get a job in Canada. No employer is going to give you a LMIA. A LMIA proves no Canadian or PR has your work experience, education and language skills. So there will be many Canadians who have engineering degrees, years of experience and are licensed as P.Engs too. If you want to immigrate look at Express Entry but you may not be eligible until you have years of experience. If you are fluent in French and English you have a change. You will need to take language tests, ECA for degree etc.
