My P.R got picked up and i applied documents 10 days befre and i recieved my medical update as well and now the company am working terminated me and also my position changed in the company after applying for P.R and in the termination letter they told me they forward my record of employment and download it to the service canada. if they don't put the same title that i applied for P.R. would I be in trouble this freaks please reply me as soon as u can.Is that going to effect my P.R. thank you

Information provided by you are not sufficient. If I am right you received ITA and you submitted your documents 10 days ago. So you received your AOR !

if your score at the time of AOR is unaltered then you are good . Roles of an applicant changes time to time. So no need to worry.

you have to communicate to CIC if there are any critical changes in your application like dependents,Relocation.,etc

Employer sharing details to Service Canada is a normal process. It is used for the purpose of validating and computing Employee Insurance.
