friends need advice:

With the help of my recent ielts result, my score is now 470.
moreover, on DEC 11, 2019 i got NOI from ONIP.

so what would be good choice?

1. apply PNP based on Notification of Interest
2. be in express entry pool and wait for next draw and follow regular procedure
