The inscription of '22 CFR 41.122' indicates that the visa is revoked with immediate effect. Visa revocation is the cancellation of an issued visa with immediate effect and does not authorise you to seek to enter the US again (on the same visa). Deportation is the process of physical removal of the subject from the United States.
Although working illegally (when your visa does not permit it) qualifies for deportation, it is strange that the Visa Officer did not stamp 'Deported' at the back of your passport. It is likely that they asked you withdraw your application and that you travelled back to your home country at your own expense.
As far as Express entry goes - yes - IRCC and USCBP do share complete records and IRCC shall certainly find out about the revocation of your US visa. Having said that, you should be completely honest with IRCC and hope for the best. Based on what you have described, it does not seem like you are inadmissible to Canada. However, your background/ criminality checks are likely to be more thoroughly conducted. Good luck.
