My husband submitted his application for PR in June.
First pprec
Got married: Dec 12
Updated CIC about marriageec
Submitted my details with all required docs(medicals, pcc,photos): Jan 14
Received request to sign a doc correctly: 16jan
Submitted immedietly.
My UCI and me added as dependent: Feb

Since then we have not received any update on our application. Read in previous threads that mostly second ppr is received in 2 to 4 months while mine is over 4 months now. No ghost emails and VO is Ottawa.. please suggest something

also emailed CICS for information twice and just received an auto reply that application is pending for processing. Does the background check for spouse take so long?
