i am currently working as a front desk supervisor in a motel in langham , Saskatchewan. My employer is paying me 14 per hour according to 40 hours but nothing is mentioned on the paystubs i.e no hour rate and number of hours as he pays montly salary. Now is there any chances if my file goes through? Kind guide me in this matter .
I am actually now planning to reduce my hours to 32 which indirectly raises my hourly rate can i do that way? And revise my paystubs?
