One of my friend is going through of her Express entry. Her job comes in NOC level B with one year experience. Now, she got an another job offer with the same NOC level.
Does this will effect her Express entry process...?

No it's fine. The minimum requirement for work is one year of continuous experience which she has according to you. BUT there are several other eligibility criteria to look into
