How do I start apply for an express entry to Canada. I am a nurse. Please advise me.

Welcome to the forum.
Do you have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute and an ECA report for the degree? Do you have a language test score? Do you have more than 3 years full-time work experience?
You will have to get those to create an express entry profile.

Do not expect someone else to explain everything because this will put you in confusion in every step you take.
