In March only thet announced the changes from June 6.

Every draw???? I thought it was only for one draw in April
 
Hmm, there was a big increase of 10% of Indian applicants who got ITA, from 6,3k to 10,4k in 2016, accounted for 33% of all issued ITA. The other 9 countries combined number is still lower than India's. Is there a reason why we see this surge from Indian applicants?
