Hi..I have been working in an organisation from August ,2015 but the first year of the employment was training period where my responsibilities were similar to employee (but it was not part of my educational training). Will this duration be considered as part of work experience??

Yes, it will be considered as full time employment if your employer mentions the job duties, working hours and salary details in reference letter. Designation does not matter.

Make sure you include job description that describe your duties and that need to match the lead statement for your claimed NOC. Job title is also important and it's clearly mentioned in the requirements for R10 check.
